International Shipping

Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Essentials (intimate apparel and basic undergarments)
- Sets that have been separated or partially used
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Personalized or custom-made items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 3: Package Your Item
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
Refund Processing Time
- Approval Timing: 1-2 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Processing: 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

International Returns
